The LW 22 is a small designed bench top machine with integrated electrical box for all general and high precision linear winding applications. Required speed and torque range can easily be changed by the pre installed drive gears. This model is a small winding machine with a tailstock and optional also with legs as a table machine available. It is mostly used as an economical bench top machine for small size coils with high numbers of turns.
The hi-tech controller of the LW 22 is available in all languages. The programs can be easily created by a 12” colour touch screen. The machine has an USB connection for import or export of winding programs. Winding programs can also be read and created on an external computer by using for example Excel and transferred to the controller as a CSV file. A network connection is possible as well as remote diagnosis by our service staff.
A wide range of accessories like wire tensioners, wire guides etc. are available for this machine too.
