The HKW600 automatic machine is the advancement of the semi-automatic version. It processes the flat wire from the supply spool to the finished winding. The system is equipped with a wire dereeling system up to a cutting unit with extensive sensor technology for monitoring the automatic process, such as wire end and wire break sensors. A closed loop tensioning system is part of the system too. Optionally, the flat wire can also be stripped inline. The choice is on two or on all four sides.
